In the midst of 2020 we’ve been quietly working on something new, and we are beyond excited to share it with you.
Our hearts are filled with joy as we invite you to our first on-line Bible course.
A teaching to inspire a heart gratitude.
What better season to consider the spiritual discpline of giving thanks then the month of November?
In March, when life shut down in the crazy of making cloth masks to donate to our local medical facilities, I signed up for an on-line handlettering class. I didn’t have a plan or purpose, just an interest in trying something new. I thought it would be a way to create and rest in the “extra” time at the house. It seems God had another plan.
As I practiced and played with handlettering God began to inspire in ways I never expected. I sort of think of it like connecting the dots and bringing together all the aspects of what we do. I’ll not forget sharing the vision with Carol. “What do you think about taking the designs God inspires and creating something that others will wear or use as an invitation to go deeper? We’ll find ways to share God’s message through the gifts like mini-books or on-line courses.” Tears flowed as I shared the vision of a gift that encouraged others to grow in faith.
Each small step, from designing in the late evening hours to printing the first t-shirt, has been monumental in so many ways. And this is just the beginning. I know the more we practice, the better we’ll get. But for today, in this moment, my heart overflows with joy. And I am thank-full.
Won’t you join us as we humbly give this on-line course thing a try. All you need to do is click on the course menu at the top of the page to see our first endeavor Thank-full. You’ll be asked to register but the course doesn’t cost a dime.
